Warranty & Return Policies

At Quality German Auto Parts, transparency and customer satisfaction are our priorities. Please take a moment to review our warranty and return policies to ensure a smooth experience with your purchases. Kindly refer to the product description for detailed warranty information on specific items. Please note the following general warranty policies:

  • No Warranty: Unless explicitly stated, there is no warranty on any part that is used, rebuilt, reconditioned, or new.
  • Labor Warranty: There is no warranty provided on labor.

Authorized Returns

In the case of authorized returns by Quality German Auto Parts, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Here are some important points regarding returns:

  • Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Special order items are non-returnable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Electrical items are non-returnable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • No Cash Refunds are offered.

Core Returns

For core returns, please ensure the following:

  • Cores must be rebuildable items.
  • Core returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
  • Cores carry no expiration date for the return, ensuring your convenience.

Remember, a copy of the invoice must accompany every core return and approved return. The processing of a return or core refund will commence upon the receipt of the invoice copy.

Merchandise left idle with no activity or invoice after 30 days of the received item will be forfeited.

Prices and Product Availability

  • Prices on any merchandise, whether used, rebuilt, reconditioned, or new, are subject to change without notice.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice or obligation.

Additional Information

Much of our product line is NOT advertised due to quantities or specialty of an item, used, rebuilt, reconditioned, or new, so please call to check stock on any auto part you may need that is not listed. (909) 391-6979. One-on-one customer service Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM. Closed the month of December every year in observance of Christmas.
