Flat Rate Fees (APPROVED Commercial Addresses or Terminal Pickup)

Commercial Addresses

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure a loading dock or forklift is available at the delivery location. Additional charges may apply if the location incurs charges upon delivery refusal.

Residential Deliveries and Special Locations

Residential deliveries, remote areas, farms, terminal will calls, and/or liftgate services may incur additional charges.

  • Arizona, Nevada: $400.00
  • Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming: $400.00
  • Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin: $450.00
  • Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia: $450.00
  • Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont: $500.00

Limited Access Charges

Certain locations may incur limited access charges for trucking delivery. The consumer is responsible for any undisclosed information or charges at the time of delivery. Limited access may include, but is not limited to, schools, farms, universities, colleges, gas stations, gated properties, and commercial locations on the same property as a residence. If a 53 ft trailer cannot access the property, it will be considered limited access. Charges may vary and are the responsibility of the consumer.
